    Hi everyone,

I'm currently in Chapter 5 of my first trip through HoF mode, and have hit what appears to be a bug. After giving Mandal back his sword, and being shown (in a ghost's monosyllabic form) where the mandrake root is, I go down to retrieve it and it isn't there; I already cleared that region earlier, as well as the Ancient Wyvern. Am I missing something, or is there a way around this?

Hi, That sounds like a bug. I just did it in normal mode, in the same order as you first kill then the rest, and the mandrake root is there. But I havnt done it in HoF but I dont think the quests are any different. I hope you have a save closeby.

This is a bug fixed in the official patch - don't you have it installed?

    I thought I did!

In fact, I know I do. And I still have the same problem, even having gone back to an earlier save data.

No worries, I just used the console to create the mod. mandrake root and I'm on my way.

Yea, that is an easy enough fix. ;)
