[IMG] Can you multi class kits e.g barbarian/cleric?
This probably shows up my lack of knowledge but just curious.

    Thanks

[IMG] Sorry, you can't. Kits will only work with single or dual class PCs not multi-class. And for dual-class only the first class can have a kit. Monk, Barbarain, and Sorcerer are classes not kits and I think you can multi-class them but I'm not sure on the combinations allowed.

How about monk/druid for a nifty multi-class character?

[IMG] Whaddaya mean, "I doubt it"? You doubt it's possible, or you doubt it would be a good character? The two seem like a natural fit to me, a helluva lot more interesting than fighter/cleric, anyway.

I'm quite sure the new classes can't be multied.

The example above (Barbarian/Cleric) is a definate no due to the fact Barbarians hate magic and anything magic related they do not understand.

You also cannot multi in a sub-class state.

    Ranger/Paladin
    Wizard/Sorcerer

But a Fighter/Sorcerer is fine, or at least it is in 3e. Although BG2 is not 3e, it also makes me wonder exactly how they will use the new classes under a modified 2e rule set.
