[IMG] Is it possible? I'm talking about the goblin in Kuldahar pass near the mill. The ogre, Ghereg, can be healed after the party speaks to Arundel, but how is the marshal healed?

It cannot be healed. I'm not saying why his head hurts because I dunno if you finished the game but his head stops hurting when you do so.

Yeah, any druid can tell the ogre how to stop his headache.

But the goblin you can't do anything about. He's just there to put the whole "evil force" into perspective in that area.

[IMG] OK, I'll try that. My evil characters are hungry for goblin stew anyway, and they're FREEEEEEEZING!

    offtopic:

ugh, how desperate they must be, being hungry for goblin stew. as far as i can recollect my memories, the average fantasy authors description of goblin blood had always a black and viscous quality, while the stench of the flesh provided the same experience as three week old gnoll puke, make it undead even.

but "guten appetit" anyway, maybe being evil starts at being evil to your own digestion system ;)

[IMG] Who says my main characters aren't umber hulks? I'm sure umber hulks can eat anything. Well, if you were stuck in the middle of nowhere in this freezing hell and have lost your comrades and are freezing your butt off and have not eaten since, well, since (when do they eat?) I'm sure you'd prefer goblin stew over tree bark and ice, no matter how disgusting it is. Besides, there's enough undead that you can eat much later, my characters are going to be sick of bones and rotting skin, I'll tell you. :p

So the text of the goblin actually changes later in the game depending on the actions of the party?

And I just tried everything from choosing every text option to asking Arundel several times to see if other options would come up like "Ogre healed, 1 goblin to go". I even killed the goblin marshal once and seem to remember that this did not give XP.

The goblin marshall cannot be cured. He's doomed to a lifetime of suffering, unless you finish the game or kill him. Or both.
