I started a new game using the characters from the Cleric Quintent. So I've got.

    Cadderly Boneduce
Human, Lorekeeper of Ohgma, I know he's supposed to be in the Deniar sect, but you don't get that option.

    Ivan Bouldershoulder
    Dwarf, Fighter, pretty self explained

    Pikel Bouldershoulder
Dwarf, Druid, it's funny when in combat finding the green haired, barkskined dwarf waving around a Flamesword.

    Danica
Human, Monk of the Old Order. The closest I could find to her sect in the book.

    Shayleigh
Wood Elf Fighter/Ranger. Archer leading my troupe in kills so far.

I know it should be Elbireth as the last member, but instead I went with my character.

    Benanthalin
Drow Elf, Paladin of Mystra/Wizard. An interesting concept, blast the orcs with magic missles then sink the Heart of Benanthalin into his skull.

I just finished the Shaengarne Bridge and haven't had any trouble, accept for the fact that Danica is a little weaker due to the lack of a weapon, but that'll be made up for as she climbs in levels.

Pikel with a flamesword? Doesn't he usually wield a tree branch or stump?

Yeah, Pikel always uses a club, in which he enchants before going into battle.

As a 6th character why not have Dorigen or Vander (make him half-orc figher/barbarian)? Danica should also have a few levels in rogue as she did pick locks and disarm traps in the books.

Yeah Pikel uses a club, thats why I have him carrying the Paths of Kuldahar or whatever it's called. Just when I'm fighting trolls I use the spell Flamesword.

I didn't use Vander or Dorigen cause they didn't really stay with the party for very long, like I said Elbireth should be there, but I just wanted to include my own character. Someone who can use Cera Sumat when you find it.

I had Danica using two daggers but she wasn't as powerful then, he punches were better.

personally i would have gone with vander, a great 2 handed sword, 2 rings of regen to make up for the lack of his ring in the book, and pikel should cast shellegagh or whatever its called, because thats what he does in the final book, to hit the vampire Rufo, at least i think thats his name, im a bit fuzzy since its been a while since i read the books, also the daggers she used were mainly for throwing, so you could just equip her with like something to hit hard with in one hand long ranged then just use fist when u close in, and vander would not be a fighter, he would be more of a ranger, because in the second to last book he was the one telling them how the weather was going to turn out and what to watch out for on the mountain.

Yes Pikel uses the "Sha-la-la" as he calls it and I have that spell in the ones he can use, it's just hard to always remember to cast that spell so I ust have him use the Paths of Kuldahar club.
