Black Robes and Hood

    [​IMG] Do any of you guys know of any Black Robes or Hoods available in Oblivion?

    I keep seeing PC's on YT with Black Robes and Hoods taking on mega-beasties and frankly they look cool! ;)

    I have a hood after joining the Dark Brotherhood that looks okay but the only Black Robes I have seen are on the corpses of Necromancers. I am loathe to wear these as the Mages Guild will likely zorch me into next week if they see me. Although I am wondering if changing their name during enchanting could change this.

    Any thoughts or learned info?

    you can find black hood at shady sam, who sells illicit goods just outside imperial city (need to kill him though)

    the only black robes that i know of are the ones you get at the end of the dark brotherhood questline, but they already come enchanted
    you can also steal these robes from the vhard locked barrel in j'ghasta's house in bruma

    I think mage's guild members just ask "why are you wearing that robe?" and nothing more.

    i recently started a new game, where i noticed when doing part of the main quest, that the monk lying in front of waynon priory, after rescuing martin, is wearing a black rope
