BioWare's joint CEO Greg Zeschuk appears in another interview at GameReviewOnline. This interview however does not focus entirely on Neverwinter Nights, but more on the BioWare company.

Bioware has repeatedly shown that they make quality games, with NWN the most anticipated RPG to date from Bioware looming on the horizon, what's next? How does Bioware plan to top NWN? Is there a Sequel or add-on to NWN in the works?

We’re really just focused on finishing Neverwinter Nights at this point. We are working on other RPGs (Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic), and we have some other tricks up our sleeve…J

As far as topping Neverwinter Nights, I’m not sure it’s going to be possible to top it with a game that is similar - our goal will be to follow it up with something compelling yet different (Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic does the trick!) As far as direct follow-ups (sequels and expansions) to Neverwinter Nights we aren’t thinking about them until the main game is complete.

Which of the many features in NWN is Bioware most proud of, and will this have an impact upon future Bioware titles?

That’s a really tough question, but my best shot at an answer is the module creation tools - I strongly believe they’re going to change the world of development forever. As far as impact on our future titles I think the tools will also have a large impact because of the creative things we’re going to see from the fans. After we see what some of the ingenious things the fans are doing we’re going to get a better idea what the tools can do, and what we can do in the future.
