    Hi Beren.

    Sorry, I got side-tracked by RL and then proceeded through the game forgetting that I had promised to keep notes.

    In Ch. 11, in "Dragonspear Castle, Main Hall" there's another quest (although barely worth the name). If you speak to any of the three Coalition soldiers in the same room as the chests at locations 3 and 4, and if you don't object to their looting of the chests, then nothing special happens. However, if instead you remonstrate with those soldiers that looting is against the rules of war, then they'll drop some minor valuables and leave the room, and the incident will be recorded in your journal as a completed quest called "Spoils of War".
