Aran Linvail bug

    Remove all ads!
    After pressing the button and obtaining the key The door opens but i cant go through it. There is no hallway or stairs. I just downloaded the latest update through steam. Is this a bug and if so can it be fixed?

    Which door are you referring to? Can you see Aran standing there? You should have gone down a hallway as well as up a set of stairs.

    The door you unlock with the key and press the button for. The door in the hallway next to the room where you get the key.

    That is not the right door. But the door you want is down a long corridor, up some stairs, along a short walkway that is between the corridor and a door, then through that door, down a short hallway, around a small corner and then the door to Arin's room. It's been a good time since I played with Bohdi as my help so I'm not 100% sure but I think the key is for the door to Arin's actual room where he is.
    The "entrance" to all of this getting there is a secret door back in the main room where the tables, chairs and people are. The secret door is on the east wall.
    The torture chamber is next to it on the south end of the main room also.

    The circular room with 3 doors has the walkway going west to east or east to west whichever you choose to look at it. The door at the end of that is leading into the short hallway and small corner. If you have cheats enabled you can just "jump" your party up to the walkway instead of taking the long way.
    Whenever I get Aran's help I always "jump" from the entrance to his room (after going the long way once in order to reveal the path) because the walk is just to damn annoying. The programmer must have been having a bad day and decided to take it out on the gamers. Lol.
