Anybody remember this Mountain Dew flavor? Any substitutes?

    I was just doing some cleaning when I found a few cans of an old flavor of Mountain Dew that had fallen behind some other stuff. Apparently it fell out of the 12-pack half-case.

    The dew is labeled
    It also has a picture of an elf chick from World of Warcraft.

    I remember this, and I remember that I really liked that flavor, but they discontinued it after a very short time.

    Does anybody know if any company makes something with the same taste, or something really close like A&W Root Beer vs Dad's/Mug/Barqs. I've not found anything like it.

    I don't normally drink caffinated beverages because I get (or have) insomnia, but I keep some around for nights where I don't get enough sleep.

    Code Red was somewhat similar, but it too bas vanished. Dew flavors are notorious for appearing and vanishing, just be patient, it will return someday.
