another bug?

    [​IMG] In battle squares some monsters teleport themselvs, usually after casting a spell, where my other party members are.Troube is that this stupid golem is too slow and till he gets there the monster is slain and game stucks?!?..... no winning message no new choise of field

    no new choice? could't you wait till the time expire and the golem register as fail to take the square? but anyway, teleportation monsters isn't always a bad encounter in battle square. as along as the golem arrive in time you see you kill the monster it is find. why deal with the monster yourself when you can have other members to help out?

    I found that time does not run out when you kill the creature inside the 60 seconds but the golem doesnt know about it. Greater Feyrs are the worst culprits so I usually reload as soon as I see them. Cornugon and Glabrezu are only a problem if they start using their spells and you cannot disrupt them. Whichever one uses lightning is probably the most likely to teleport but you can disrupt it very easily so it can't teleport

    Help of the other members isn't of much use since they kill the stupid monster too fast and the golem can't see it's death - so he simply stops moving and game stucks....
    On the other hand some of the monsters don't even fight - just stayin' and getting hit.No resistance :D :cool: :D

    it all falls down to your control. sure, your other members can kill the monster fast and the monster can kill your member fast also. the key is how to make sure your valuable members and the monster don't die before the golem arrives is the key.

    usually i will invisible my spellcasters first, summons a few minions stay by. when the monster teleports in, look for the member that it attacks and do the dancing, select the member and circle around. other unaffected just stay out of the way. eventually i want to make the monster target my summons by pointing them to block the monster-chasing-member-path. once the monster target the summons, i can just control them walk back and forth and the monster will chase them aimlessly. when the golem arrives, it is all out attack, including 'finger of death' (if i am playing hof mode).
