If you want to get the most out of BG1 I'd go with Tutu. You need to use an unmodded (except for fixpacks) installation of both games. There are lots of great tutu mods available. PPG (where you downloaded tutu) actually links to all of it. I noticed you don't have Quest pack on your list of Mods you'll be using for your BG2 run. You should definitely use that one. You should also get UB and Refinements. UB and Quest pack are the best content adding mods you are going to find for BG2. Refinements does a lot of stuff and is not something power gamers will find appealing, so use your own judgement. Even if you do fall into the "power gamer" category you'll probably still want to install some of the components from that one.

I would definitely use Divine Remix. It's not just for Clerics, but Druids, Rangers and Paladins too.

Drew's recommendations are pretty solid though I don't use Refinements (I use other kit/class mods, and rarely play ToB so the HLAs offered by Refinements don't interest me much).
