[IMG] does anyone think that a very easily found/less expensive hp source would help balance the game a bit? i recently played the 'arcanum' demo and you can find bottles of grog and wine and stuff around the place. this gives you back a random amount of hp and also get your character pissed! their dialogue turns all slur-y and you sound like a complete dumbass! the only thing ive found to recover hp are magic items and potions.

Well thats all. Temples can do it too. And
    MINI_SPOILER!!!
    Rings and A few weapons.
You will probably stumble across them, so I wont tell more.

But spells are cheap as in costless..
You can also use the "rest untill healed function"

There is no wine and beer healing you like Arcanum.

You *can* buy alcohol, in a bar or tavern. But it doesn't heal you. The only thing that happens is that you get drunk if you have enough (this makes you immune to fear, but also has a negative effect -- lowers your luck, I think).

It's always good to buy a drink, not only do you get a morale increase as Tiamat mentioned but you hear rumors as well. Always nice for the role-playing side of things... :D
