Here is a bit of poetry of mine that I have been sitting on for a while. Your potshots and comments are welcome. The second one is a personal favorite...

    untitled poem

    roar out child
    my red secret
    like a dream-song
    our dark summer evening
    my deep winter storm
    her strange love-dance

[Edit - The other poem I had here ("chain smoking") didn't visually work like it is supposed to here. Here's a link to the rest.

Wow, it seems teachers can write too! :shake: ;)

Good ones, those under that link. This one here also sounds nice, but it's a bit too short to tell more, I think. Well, so, are you bent on continuing the baroque vanitas trend? The clean and transparent build could also suggest early mannerism memento mori trend, but after a longer reading, it's quite sure it's more like the ascetic English baroque, laden with vanitas motive. Isn't it?
