Xzar and post-mortem Montaron

    You believe that Monatron has been polymorphed into a bird. However, you can find Monatron's body in a chest in the back room. What happens if you take Monatron's body to Xzar instead of the bird? i can't check it out, since i'm past that point in the game, anyone know what happens?

    You can't, since the body only appears after Xzar is dead. Sorry bucko, no secret NPCs :cool: .

    As far as i know body only appears in TDD.

    You bring th bird to xzar. He turns it to assasin who kills xzar and leaves. Then real xzar comes and says that before was a clone. You give him the body and he turns it into Montaron and then they both offer to join you.

    Thats what i did :)

    Um, I don't know anything about TDD, but if you bring Montaron's body to Xzar in the regular BGII, nothing different happens. I used cheat codes to bring Montaron into my inventory, hoping to give him to Xzar, but Xzar didn't recognize he was there. The same dialogue comes up as if you didn't retrieve the bird from the Harpers yet.
