Has it really takin off over there? They have been throwing a game or two in London for the past 27 years or so. This year they included Germany for the first time I believe. The stadium looks packed so I'd like to get some thoughts

Over a few years now living in France I can say its presence is more known, and viewership is more increasing more and more each year. Only one game per week on the only one free pure sports channel unless you are paying for some premium channel package (also unless some national team football tournament is on, like the World Cup, for the free channel).

For game selection, it's either the London/Munich type games, or one from the earliest (so generally least interesting) time slot over there. (7pm-ish to 10:30pm-ish here). More than one game per week during playoffs usually, and of course the Superbowl.

Very handy for language acquisition too knowing exactly what I should be hearing in English. It even has French description popups describing all the terminology which they do not translate.

From the year over year improvements in production quality I would have to surmise it's viewership must also be increasing.
