    What's your favourite sword?

My favourite is that Defender +5 from killing that goody goody drow Drizzint :D

Not only it's a +5 weapon, it also does massive damage too! Too bad it's only for Good aligned characters

Celestial Fury. Cool, effective, available early, and you have to earn it.

My favourite is the Sword of Chaos +2 that you find in the beginning. The only fault with it is that it's only +2.

I've heard something about some mod that allowes you to make the sword of chaos into a +5 weapon. If anyone knows anything about that, let me know

I second Celestial Fury. The stun ability of this weapon is very effective. Daystar is also right up there because the Sunray ability makes quick work of any undead, and you can get the sword early on very easily.

    Celestial Fury!

On my Kensai mage it was unstoppable, it always seemed to stun the opponents so that I could move on to the next one whilemy weaker NPC's hacked the helpless enemy to pieces.

Lilarcor was good too, if you could put up with its coninual bantering

On making SOC +5; you *need* TOB; you *need* Ascension; and it becomes +5 if you read the Item Description carefully, and give it to the appropriate person...

I have to agree that the Celestial Fury rules! The ability to stun is great. I can't wait to dual-wield it with Crom Fraeyr.

Weimer's Ease of Use mod upgrades the SoC as well.

Favorite Sword: Prolly the Equalizer. It's only +3, but I don't need a massive sword to take out foes.

BTW, the Defender +5 is only +3.

The problem I find with Celestial Fury is that it`s stun ability gives a saving throw.
That`s all well and good until you get to boss-level monsters with godly saves- the CF suddenly becomes a mediocre sword.
Get things with a percent chance and no save, though, and suddenly you stand a chance :)

Me, I like the Silver Sword...

I always liked Adjatha the Drinker because you can get it right near the beginning and its vampiric regeneration can be a godsend for lower level characters.

Well I'll say the obvious Celestial Fury. I mean that's just a given. That sword is sleek and it rocks. I just can't bring myself to dual wield it with anything other than a sword though. No C'Fury/Crom combos with me. Ruins the elegance.

    Carsomyr gets second place.

    Honestly? I mean, honestly? Lilacor!!

I know amusement is a crappy reason for loving a sword, but that's the one I have. ~^_^~

I found Celestial Fury as the most useful, but my favourite is Adjatha the drinker though it's only a +2 weapon.

Seriously guys, read the poll name: It says your favourite sword not the best sword in the game, I am getting a bit tired of seeing everyone carrying the celestial fury in a multi-player game.

Lilarcor is fun. The Sword, The Ranger and The Miniature Giant Space Hamster are a UNBEATABLE trio, agree you must.
