    I'm surprised anything in Oakhurst is worth $1.8M, it's not exactly on the beaten path unless you're going to Yosemite, but 6.6 thousand square feet on 5 and three quarter acres is a lot of house.

    Wonder how it's been doing in fire season . . . Not sure I would pony up that kind of money for a house that close to forests given what we've had going the past few years.

    If you can work from home and love nature it's a pretty sweet piece of property, but I can imagine city dwellers wouldn't want to spend more than a (short) vacation there. You can always buy it as just a holiday cottage, though. :shake: Fires definitely could be an issue, too, yea...

    I've been wondering if they actually built the house or bought it from previous owners, so a bit of googling revealed that they had it built for themselves. And that a few months back, it was selling for $2,3 million! Ouch, I guess the market in Oakhurst isn't doing very well. With all the publicity that this house has been getting in various gaming news outlets, you'd think that a rich Sierra gaming fan would have come along by now and snatched it up.
