    I got the keys today. Now I've got to assemble all kinds of new furniture. I ditched every piece of old furniture. You never know what kind of spores you might bring along. Call me paranoid, but I've risked my health far too much for this year. Also, most of it was old and rather crappy. I've got new and shiny couches etc.

    Saw the title to this thread and thought to myself... oh man... "Person of Color" apartment? This isn't going to end well. But I guess you meant "Piece of Crap." I've always thought of POC meaning "Point of Contact." Oh how the world changes.
