[IMG] Hi I did make a seach first, but I couldn't find an answer to this question: How do you change your character's avatar- or is it called sprite? Anyway how she looks when she moves around. I think the female elven mage looks pretty cool without a robe on... but with one on she becomes rather ugly. I hate those huge shoulders and the other changes. Is there any way to change the avatar so it only looks like it does without robes?
I've noticed that when a multi-class character uses an item which doesn't fit to the avatar... like when Imoen uses a mage robe, it keeps the original look, and only changes the colours. Maybe you could change your character to percieve a robe as a leather armor or similar? Or maybe change the robe, in this case the robe of vecna to something which doesn't fit to the avatar?
Anyway if anyone knows the answer I would appreciate a bit of help.

[IMG] you cannot change it unless you change all the robes yourself.

Or just use robes that look good on your character :p

or just multi-class her or something. I think mages can wear elven armour though.

For pure mages I'm unsure, but F/M and F/M/T definetly can use any elven chain. ;)

I mangaged to change the robe of vecna's look using that near infinity engine. It now looks exactly like the aslyferund chain, but still keep the robe of vecna's stats and requirements. Thanks for the link :) excellent supplement to shadowkeeper.

I didn't say they could... I just said I changed the APPEARANCE of the robe... I hasn't become a chain mail, it only looks like one. and when a sorceress wears it it looks like she doesn't have any armor/robes on, only the colours change.

No, you didn't. But Extremist questioned whether they could.

Read the responses in your own thread. ;)
