I'm doing some experiments on IWD modding, and for some reasons i have to make stats go beyond 40.

I looked up all .2da tables and others till my head explode, and couldn't find where can i tweak max stats. Btw yes i found invidual stat tables (int and str), but changing those did not work at all.

If anyone have some knowladge about this, please share

This limit is hardcoded/programmed into the game i believe. There are several places it checks if the stat is higher than 40, if so, sets it to 40... I could try to find all the locations it compares so you can change them to something higher, but keep in mind it may be limited to 127 or so due to the way its programmed (signed vs unsigned byte).

on the level up screen, it checks if you can add a stat point based on the values here: [[8cf6dc]+1c60]+1782 (while running, dynamic pointer) (set to 40 for each stat, also just before those are the mins, 3 for each stat)

These values are set at (in hex editor not while running, add 400000 (or the loaded base for the EXE) if its running and you are editing active memory)
    1D992B (BYTE)
    1D992F (BYTE)
    1D9936 (BYTE)
    1D993D (BYTE)
    1D9944 (BYTE)
    1D994B (BYTE)

there are also various checks for current stat value. if its above 40, it will lower it and turn it yellow. so those have to be modified also.
