    Given that bread only has about three ingredients, I'm guessing there's not much chance of significant variation in the aroma.

    Yah bread smell is amazing. Last year I started making BBQ pizza's with my home-made dough. I don't have a fancy BBQ or anything but damn! that was some of the best pizza I ever made :yum: So mix home-made bread smell with BBQ smell and you have another winner :D.

    Bread has a minimum of 5 ingredients: Water, flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. :) But there are far more complicated breads out there.

    The smell of skunk (at a distance!) can be kind of pleasant in a strange way. It's evocative of woodsy type memories for me.

    Yes! I was actually going to add that, but somehow forgot.

    I also forgot to mention clean sheets, which is a more normal "enjoyable scent". And candles after they've been snuffed/blown out. Fir trees -- we always get a real one for Christmas, and I love opening up the needles and sticking them in my nose.

    I'm sure there are more.

    The ocean, haven't smelled the air over the Pacific in over 40 years but can still remember it.
    The smell of vanilla, real vanilla not the fake stuff.
    Our acres of wet wild grass after a rain, thats good too.

    The smell of a freshly printed brief, filed first thing in the morning (or 11:59 p.m. of the last day of the deadline). How could anyone possibly not love that?

    Fav scents...

    - an aroused woman...er...Scent of a Woman ;-)

    - the perfume which the woman/girl I first loved used

    - vanilla, apple, and other candle scents

    - how I do NOT smell when I use the proper deodorant ;-) { I believe that this is shared by all those around me, as well! }

    - freshly-cut/milled wood

    - freshly baked bread, warm chocolate chip cookies...

    - the smell of our freshly-washed dogs (we use a nice shampoo which doesn't leave them with that "wet-doggy" smell)

    - blueberries, strawberries, bananas

    - many flowers, esp. the very fragrant purple roses
