    Hi,

    I have noted that these prices do not dependent from PC who talk with trader. Is it true?

    How it works in IWD2?

    Check out the IESDP files. Look at IE File Formats, the STO format in this case. For IWD2 you will want version 9.
    As far as I know the prices are the same for all members of the party.

    Character stats don't affect selling prices, only the "mercantile background" feat does. Prices for buying are also affected by charisma.

    The charisma and/or Mercantile Background of the character doing the actual talking is taken into account for buying items. That person does NOT need to be the party's leader, as in spot #1 in party roster as it is in Baldur's Gate series. However, the only way to affect SELL prices of items is to use someone with Mercantile Background *AND* selling from that character's personal inventory *only*.
