    This is where I part company with a lot of my right wing brethren. They hate any and all regulations on stuff like this. I say some common sense regulations must be in place in order tha maintain sustainability. Now, I'm not all the way on the other side, with ridiculously strict regulations that serve only to make hippies happy, either. A logical balance must be reached.

    Like the limits they have on the crab fishermen in alaska. Gotta love the discovery channel. That seems like a very sensible idea as it maintains a viable population.
