So as I was exploring the town I was near the bridge in the east and two Yetis came accross and started attacking. In the battle, some idiot townsperson got in the crossfire and got killed. At least that's what I am assuming is the cause. I haven't killed anyone else. I went and did the Vale Quest and killed Lysan (sp?). And now I'm back in town to unload stuff for coins. I'm in need some equipment and to sell stuff I've picked up. Its now I realise I'm branded as a murderer.
Its been so long since I've played. So I don't remember. Is there a way to improve my reputation so I can do business in town? I'm thinking I might be missing a side quest with a necklace heirloom. But only the pertinent people speak to me. The Blacksmith just tells me to get lost.
or will time just heal these wounds.
I've saved several times since the yeti encounter, otherwise I'd just reload.
And I have no evil party members. All are good. Only one nuetral druid.

Reload (or even restart since you're still in the middle of chapter 1). There's no way to make them friendly again, you might loose XP and money and if you can't talk to Arundel you can't continue with the story.

Yeah, looks like I'll have to. You know, you'd think that they'd be a little bit forgiving after just one accident. I mean, the idiot walked into the crossfire and got caught dead center in an exploding fireball spell.
