If I will go to HoW locations and further, to TotL then will I able to return to core IWD locations?

[IMG] As long as you enter the HoW areas via the core IWD game then you can get back. From what I remember (Senility sets in strangely early I find) from Kuldahar you get to the Heart of Winter areas, then from there you can get to the Trials areas... then you get back to the Heart of Winter areas and back to Kuldahar like you never left!

    From readme file:

    Entering Expansion From Icewind Dale
You will not be able to travel to the new areas of the expansion if you
    have returned to Easthaven.

What is it mean? If I returned to Eastheasven when I lleft it then I will not able go to expansion?

In the last part of the game you will go back to Easthaven. It is then too late to play the expansion.

But is it possible (if I want to see somebody in Eastheaven) to return to Eastheaven before expansion? And If I do it will I be able to take expansion?

For example - I go from Eastheaven to Kuldahar and then I immediatelly return to Eastheaven. Will I go to expansion after that?

When you get to Kuldahar, you can no longer return to Easthaven before the end of the game.
