    stopping smoking is surprisingly easy! i haven't smoked for a week now, just stopped one day, haven't felt cravings yet.

    smoked for seven years, i must admit i thought this would be harder

    I'm so down right now :( tried to talk to Rob about it...explain that I could do with a bit of support or whatever and he did his usual 'make crap jokes about the situation' which he seems to think helps. When I tried to explain that that was the LAST thing I needed he got in a mood with me. So...no help there then
