Bloodrayne... I can't believe how bad that movie is. Even "good" actors look like they can't act in that movie. Fascinating. :)

Caught Batman Begins on tv the other night, so I decided to watch the Dark Knight again. The pacing, score, and direction of it is just absolutely incredible.

Drag Me to Hell. Solid vintage Raimi, but nothing particularly remarkable.

[IMG] I watched a documentary called "Sister Helen" a few nights ago, about a nun that ran an alcohol and drug addiction recovery house for men. I love the real deal, that's why I'm a big fan of documentaries. I have over five years sober, and I know that sometimes it takes some tough love from someone who actually really gives a damn to help you get clean and sober.

A Hong Kong film called PTU (Police Tactical Unit), an action film about corrupt cops, about cops sticking together, and one lucky break for these cops. Not bad at all.

A Japanese film called Okuribito (Departures), about a cellist who lost his job and found a new one as a "nokanshi" (literally an encoffining master), someone who prepares the corpse before laying it in the coffin. It's actually a vanishing Japanese custom, where the death is prepared by being cleaned, robed (in Kimono) and make up right in front of the relatives. The process is done in a very delicate and respectable manner. Quite intriguing and not really a bad film. One bummer is the poor subtitles.

    Never heard of Uwe Boll?

Terminator Salvation (again). Tried to like it, but I just can`t. Its utterly stupid on soooo many levels, and riddled with plot-holes. Painfully obvious ones at that. Worst movie of the year, by all accounts.

Major League. For such a classic, I only laughed like 4 times. It was still a decent movie, but certainly not a laugh-fest.

Movies before that.... Training Day (6.5/10), Ice Age 2 (6/10), Kung-Fu Panda (6.5/10), and P2(5/10).

Hahaha, AvP Requiem might have been good if you could actually SEE anything... it was so dark that most of the time you were listening to the aliens eating people instead of watching them melt their faces off.

Sure, Snook, that's what they all say. :p

Last movie that I saw was Funny Games (american version).:whoa::mommy::aww::jawdrop:

I like it in the sense that the way the director chose to pass along his message was very interesting. But boy, you're tense and don't feel good about what you see through out the movie.. :(
