I'm on what I think is either the second or third level of the dungeon (on the way to the bard) in the Trials of the Luremaster. I hit a switch upon entering the area, a door opens and my characters are automatically moved into the next room.

I can see the Luremaster standing in the middle, facing away and a number of jellies are arrayed near the wall - the game is in cutscene mode with no ability to escape it and yet, nothing happens. I can still Alt-F4 out of the game, but that is about the entirety of the options available to me.

I'm running a few mods (G3 FixPack, IWD 1 NPCs and the like). I tried disabling the Override folder by renaming it which broke my game substantially, but unfortunately did not resolve the issue. I also tried emptying the game's cache which was also unsuccessful. I tried reloading to a slightly earlier save and attempting to brave the cutscene with only one character instead of six. All attempts so far, unsuccessful.

And so I turn to you dear internet. I searched around for others with a similar problem but couldn't find anything. I swear I ran into this issue years ago when the game was new but for the life of my I can't conjure up a solution.

Well I've played with the NPCs with no trouble, so perhaps it's the Fixpack. I had no such bugs.

I found this thread at another forum which references the same issue: http://www.gamebanshee.com/forums/icewind-dale-11/bug-in-totlm-102719.html

The workaround posted there works sufficiently for anyone else whose run into this issue. I have run into another bout of cutscene drama - right before facing the final boss of the Heart of Winter. (Isaracht or something) I enter her lair (after destroying some orb and a lot of wandering Sahuigan) and the game again goes into cutscene mode without possibility of escape. (Nothing happens)
