    Does BG run in Vista?

I know Vista has a Windows 95 compability and you can set the game to run as Admin. Has anyone had BG run in Vist and if so do you have SP1 or what fixes are out there to make it run. This also applies for BG2.

BG2 works fine, I can tell you that.

To get 3D Acceleration working though (at least with my nvidia card) I had to disable triple buffering. but you only need to do that for the game itself, nvidia lets you make game profiles.

I dont remember doing anything special for it, it pretty much just worked. Not sure about BG1, I remember trying to install and it worked, so thats something. Havent played it though.

I've just completed BG1 with my Vista Laptop, did not have any trouble with it. I guess as long as you have it fully patched, it should work like normal.
I also played with Tales of the Sword Coast installed from the start. If BG vanilla doesn't work, try installin TotSC as well.

I don't have working TotSC. My original DVD and copy are both damaged beyond repair. So all I have right now is BG.
