[IMG] I've been playing with Valygar in my SOA party for a couple of levels (as in his level ups) and noticed that he has some limited priest casting options but I'm a little confused as to whether his spell list is that of a Priest or a Druid or perhaps some wierd hybrid for example:

Level 1: Has Bless (priest) AND entangle (druid)
Level 2: Has Chant (priest) AND Goodberries (druid)

There are other crossovers, he doesn't seem to have all of either set - he doesn't have magic stone or shillelagh (the druid level 1 magic club) but does have flame blade at level 2.

Is he progressing according to the Ranger progression - although why he has Chant and Bless if that is the case seems strange..

I have installed some of the ToB fixpack tweaks that 'un-nerf' druid, priest, mage etc spell progression tables. However my mage, druid, and priest (PC, jaheria, and viconia respectively) are progressing as pre-tweak / normal.

Ideally i'm hoping someone can point me towards a location/table of what spells he gets and at what levels he gains access to them.

    Many Thanks

Afraid I can't think of any handy tables that I've come across. Sorry.

However, yes, Valygar should be using the Ranger spell progression and so won't have exactly the same spells as either Clerics or Druids. You should also note that he gets a few mage spells because of his Stalker kit.

[IMG] Aren't there spell progression tables in the back of the booklet that comes with the game?

Can't think where I have seen them anywhere online. Could write them up if neccessary.

[IMG] Aha yes I found the table in the ToB manual under the Ranger Abilities chart (pg36 if anyone else was wondering) and it matches his levelling up.

    Many thanks!
