    It's not really a single quote, but Minsc has the best conversation in game. In the docks district you come across Delon (at least I think that's his name) the lost little boy that asks you to save his village in the Umar Hills. In this conversation every response from Minsc is hilarious. I'll give you my favourite:

    "I'll crush your foes into little foe-shaped chunky bits!"
