Well, why not? Potatoes are brilliant. You can cook them in all sorts of ways and, best of all, they pass as a vegetable! Is there anything they CAN'T do?!

How do you like them? I ask because I'm really very interested to know, of course ... :p

The only time you'll ever see me eat potatoes is in a poutine - that means I eat them fried. Otherwise, thanks but no thanks.

Baked, with lots of butter, sour cream and chives, but sprinkled with just a little mild cheese. And no bacon bits, please.

    Chandos: That does sound good.

But I love them fried. Poutine, Hashbrowns, or even as home fries...

I think I just ticked almost every possible option on the list that involves cooking them.. :D

I think my favourite has to be baked with sour cream, butter, chives, bacon bits.. mmm..

Or perhaps mashed with lots of butter and onion gravy..

    Mmmmm....potatoes. :yum:

Potatoes are my favorite staple food. I like 'em fried, baked, or mashed... cover them with butter and a little salt and serve them with a steak! :yum:

Damn you LD, now I'm hungry! :p :rolling:

Mashed, boiled, baked, fried or roasted. But not to excess. Especially not in the winter and spring when they are getting old.

    Fresh potatoes, though ... :yum:!!

Well, I myself ticked all the cooked ones plus salad, as potato salad is quite, quite awesome.

I checked all, except for raw and wine. I can't decide how I like them best.

Potatoes rock generally! As Vodka, fries, baked potatoes, baked potatoes with salt crust, fried potatoes, gratinated potatoes with sauce bechamel, mashed potatoes, baked foil potatoes, cooked potatoes with parsley, without parsley, cooked unpeeled potatoes, potato salad, Rösti or Reibekuchen .... :xx:  :xx:

Actually not just baked: butter, butter, butter. Hence, I don't eat them as much as I used to, lest the butter finally kill me.

Actually, we forgot the most important use of Potatoes: Chips! I am partial to Salt and Vinegar, but occasionally dabble with Sour Cream and Onion, Smokey Bacon...

Well, of course he could mean the fish and chips sort of chips. Crisps hardly count as potatos.

Sour cream and onion fish and chips? Smokey bacon? New kinds to me - sounds kinda nice, though.
