    House was amusing/funny tonight, but it showed some of the little heartless things House does... like carelessly throwing away his friend's presents.

    Standoff was pretty good, but the acting at the beginning was a little shoddy.

    @Dfly at the moment Ara is in Brighton, here in the sunny UK, on her tour of our fair Isle. She's reachable by pm and has popped in to the FAI a few times.

    Right now I could do with a good two hours of solid hockey. Then a nice, boiling hot spa, to vegetate in - with a cold, fizzy can of coke. Followed up by a dinner of smoked trout with a mix of salads and an apple crumble with a scoop of good quality creamy vinilla icecream, with a bit of mead to top it off. Then off to bed to watch a good movie, something with a great story and good acting, but does not involve too much thinking on my part. And finally, a brilliant book to read!
