    ehhh.... it is a theoritical state of no laws and people do whatever they want and people then choose to go into situation where they decide to give up some rights of doing whatever they want in exchange of security. something like that.

    i just took a course in philosophy in 04 summer, don't be too harsh on me, i just say what i can barely remember.
