    Hi-
    I entered the room with the treasure chest and the 11 statues. I clicked on each statue, read its riddle, then moved my main character to the chest, clicked on the appropriate item in the chest, moved the main character to the statue, and clicked on its hands. I did this one by one for each statue. But nothing happened when I was through - there was reward (e.g., star saphire) in the chest .
    What did I do wrong?
    Thanks. Lopahin

    spoiler..

    You did nothing wrong :) you must get 3 stones like this in the same place (other by the riddle statue ,don't know where other is) and use them on the portal to the northwest of the place you are :) prepare to fight 2 times and then you'll get a reward :) (nice (red I think) armor )

    @ lopahin

    When (and if) you match every trinket with the right statue, a floating text will appear, you'll receive some experience and something useful will appear in the chest in the middle of the room.

    @ Legitas

    I don't see the connection between your reply and the riddle of the statues.

    @lopahin:

    You should get the star sapphire as a reward for solving the riddle as well as some experience too but IIRC, there's another nice item (don't want to spoil that) you should get with the gem.

    As a terriffic spoiler to the goodies that have been placed in that chest, you get the doomplate armour. Its no that good but if you have accidently gone through the game and havent got anthing better and completely fell over the great armour that you get before hand, then keep it. Other wise, give it to bernard or if you cant wait, then to a pirate or someone like that. It really isnt that good. Fircraag scales are better.

    When solving the riddle of the eleven statues you don't get the Doomplate, but an ioun stone. The Doomplate is found later in the same level.
