    Doesn't realy sound like a true riddle to me, there are an infinite amount of answers that could theoreticaly be correct. (It would sound more like a riddle without the last sentence)

    For example:

    He has no mouth.

    His rather large brother Bill turned the knob on the tap so hard that the man couldn't turn it back.

    The man is an idiot, he could have gone out and gotten water at any time.

    I think I think i've heard something like it before...
    And I think it actually has an easy answer, The kind that a five year old would answer correctly straight away. Although i might be thinking of something completely different..
