Not much to say about yesterday, but today I had a pretty "rewarding" dinner: cotlets fried in their own fat and spiced with soya, mashed potatoes (cooked it nicely and got a right mix of salt and margharine :) ), plus some green stuff. You know that feeling after a good meal, while relaxing on a sofa? That's how I'm feelig now. ;)

    Huummm...

    Breakfast : Nothing

    Lunch: Two Hot dogs

Dinner: A Hamburger + french fries

Snacks: bread with peanut butter and chocolate powder on it, chips, beer, and a bowl of cereal.

I'm a little ashamed, it isn't very healthy, but it's fine with me

    Hmmm....yesterday was Saturday, so:

Breakfast: A bowl of Captain Crunch cereal.

Brunch: My boss took us out to Denny's, so I had two eggs, two sausages, two strips of bacon, one slice of ham, three pancakes, and a glass of orange juice...in other words, the "Meat Lover's Breakfast".

Lunch: A 20oz bottle of Mt. Dew, some Skittles, and an Orange.

Dinner: Arby's large roast beef sandwich, large curly fries, and an extra large Mt. Dew.

2nd Dinner: Ham sandwich, another orange, some chips and salsa, and a glass of milk.

Tangalo oranges are finally in season! :thumb: I love them so much that I eat 2 to 4 of them a day...I just wish they weren't so expensive! :grr: :rolling:

Breakfast: Two stirred eggs with onions, sadly I didn't have tomatoes at hand, if so I'd have made huevos a la mexicana for some holiday nostalgia; sunflower bread.

Lunch: Bread with soft cheese (quark, that is) and marmelade.

Dinner: Fried, unpeeled potatoes and canned ham - a quick fix - with fennel salad/ mustard sauce (the healthy part)

    Yesterday, hmm.
Breakfast: One slice of bread with spotted sausage and watery juice on the side.

Lunch/Dinner (In Sweden we really dont have a separation of lunch/dinner, in the evening we have evening meal instead which tends to be smaller and lighter): half a rack of pork grilled pork ribs with potato sallad.

Supper/evening meal: A bag of, damn, what are they called. Pork rinds?
