The kids scream in fright through the night
    Loving every bite with delight
And we blow out our minds with your truth
And together we stand for the youth

I've never thought that this one would be difficult. A couple of hints: American band from L.A., their drummer is the ex-husband of Heather Locklear and Pamela Anderson. This song is from their second album.

24 hours and no sign of Icingdeath45. That meens the board is open:
    "Hold on, I'm falling
    Can't breathe anymore
    As an ocean has opened
These scars need to heal over"

I got a bit tired of metal quotes lately so here is something else nobody around seems to quote. Pretty easy too.

"This is something I shouldn't say
but I'm gonna say this sh*t in your motherf*cking way..."

Well, what can I say, a hip-hop song and an old one too, everybody knows the artist, so no clues here. I will just say that the lyrics and name is about scorning some guy with a spanish name and his wife. Half of the song name will appear here as asterisks the other half is the name of the guy.
    Is this enough?

I am completely igonrant when it comes to hip-hop music!

    Edit:

In response to Carcaroth - I don't know the difference between the 2 genres, but I would picture 'Sir Mix-a-lo't and 'MC Hammer' as 'rap' and these new artists as 'hip-hop'. I am probably very wrong...

What's the difference between Hip-hop and Rap? I could probably stretch myself to naming a Rap artist (do they deserve such an accolade?) or two but no clue about Hip-hop.

Not to offend anyone but I wouldn't call rap/hip-hop a music

I also have my own preferences and they do not stand in the rap/hip hop genre but limiting myself to only one genre and denying others is not something I would call positive. After all there are many people who would not call metal a music because they only like hip hop or pop or something else. It is all the same either way.

I am kinda surprised that nobody have ever heared of The 2 live crew. It is not that obscure, is it?

Anyways, the next impatious SP-er can have the go.

You been telling me you're a genius
    Since you were seventeen
In all the time I've known you
I still don't know what you mean

I love it when Splunge plays this game because then I have a chance of guessing them because he actually chooses songs that aren't obscure Eastern European thrash death rap metal. These things that pass for knowledge, I just don't understand.

I guess "Reelin in the Years" by Steely Dan.

"There was a time when broken hearts and broken dreams were over
There was a place where all you could do was wish on a four leafed clover
But now is a new time
    There is a new place
Where dreams just can’t come true
It started the day that I left you."
