    It was a cartoon, but not one of those.

    Let me think. The team in this was made op of characters from aroung the world: an American, a Brit, Russian, German, and (I think) Norway.

    Okay, I can't remember the title, so you'll have to bear through my description.

    The dogs of world leaders are a secret, fighting force of good. There was an English collie, a German Shepard, a Doberman Pinscher (who talked like Arnie Schwartznegger), a Sheepdog type that didn't say much and Golden Retriever. They flew this funky jet.
