    What about 'Village of the damned' or 'The Island of Dr. Monroe(Munroe?)

    Both were shallow compaired to the original.

    Heck, worst remake I've seen yet is Rollerball 2000... The first was a rather bleak vision of a future society, the remake just a big pile of crap...

    Agreed on Rollerball...I turned it off after 15 minutes! Starsky and Hutch was pretty bad too, and good grief...The Dukes of Hazzard? Is anyone actually looking forward to this?

    No I don't think I will be seeing Dukes of Hazzard after reading who will be staring in it.

    I did see the remake of the Grudge and it was pretty good even though it was starring braindead 'buffy'.

    I agree on 'Get Carter'. Michael Caine was totally convincing as a ruthless british hitman in the previous one. But Stallone, I mean, one minute, he's the baddest hitman on the planet. Then overnight he's getting all philosophical and moral about rape and other subjects. Yeah Sly, way to convince us there.

    Oh and the Dukes of Hazard. Jessica Simpson as Daisy. I'm sooo excited!! Not! :rolleyes:

    I agree that dial m for murder was much better than The perfect murder. As for Island of Dr. Moreau and Get Carter, I never saw the originals, but the remakes sucked major ass..

    I don't think I could even UNDERSTAND the remake of The Island Of Dr Moreau. I do recall finding it pretty funny though.
