    The "jackass" refers to the "Impatient Jackass" clause in the rules of the quote game. Check it out on the first page of the thread.

    In any case, the quote is from Bull Durham.

    Here's a fairly easy one, but a great one nonetheless. In fact, probably one of the best lines I've ever heard.
