    I don't think his geas was to bring you to Irenicus
    I think it was to follow his orders for some amount of time
    (It is legal to set that as the point of a geas isn't it)
    (someone who knows D&D)

    Well, even so--Irenicus obviously didn't give him any orders to kill you, since you attack Irenicus, who teleports out, and then Yoshi wanders in and attacks you. That second attack was clearly on Yoshimo's own initiative.

    Sigh, why not just use a geas removal scroll, loike the one in Bg1 to get rid of it
