I just started to play this game again and was wondering about the Daring Rescues quest's.Using Beren's online walkthrough I entered the Temple and freed the prince and that women. Now I returned and rested for thirty day's.
I have been going back and forth between Hommlet and Nulb hoping to get my reward but no one has shown up yet.I checked the logbook and there is no mention of the rescue in it.Should there be?

[IMG] Did you add the prince to your party, and then "escort" him out of the temple?

I had to walk around the map to odd locations, the ogre caves, the fishing hole, etc, before the caravan caught up with me.

I didn't try the "daring rescues," per se however, I just went level by level until I reached the prisoners. Curiously, I never received the big gold reward from the princess...

I ran into that problem last year as well. Which is odd because it doesn't always happen. This prompted me to search for a solution on the gamebanshee forums. Look at the bottom of the page, and underneath " Note: " you'll find a failsafe way to obtain the prizes that I credited to members of the gamebanshee forums.

Yes I did add the prince to my party and took him out myself.I was ready to head to back to town anyway so I thought that would be best.
I saw the failsafe way a little to late. Maybe I should read these things through first if I plan to use them.Oh well I will just keep going into the Temple and do some wilderness exporing when I go back to town rest or make items.
Just don't have the time to start again between work and the family games take a backseat.Oh well maybe I just won't see scather this time either.
