    You can't really have an expansion on ToEE, considering it's made after a module and pretty much wraps things up. If anything, they'd make more old D&D modules into games using ToEE's engine. Which was what Cain wanted to do from the get go... He was talking about Against the Giants, but I don't think anything ever came of it.

    There are rumours that Troika is working on another D&D game... no rumours on which one yet, though.

    Despite the bugginess of this game, I liked it a lot! It would be nice to see another turn-based rpg from Troika!

    I enjoyed ToEE but for some reason couldn't get myself to complete it. Same with Lionheart and Torment actually and while I know a lot of people dislike Lionheart, I was really enjoying it. I'm getting slightly worried about my inability to finish RPGs!

    I don't think I'd want to see an expansion though - it would be unlikely to be any good - much prefer Arcanum 2 as Elvenblade said.

    Considering how long it took to get the second patch out I very much doubt an expansion would get off the ground. As much as I think I could like the game I can never seem to get started.

    Is it me or is Hommlet the most boring town/village in the history of CRPG's? Its worse than Neverwinter Core!

    They'd better first get the combat algorithms right in terms of waiting millennia before character actions.

    I certainly would like to see an "expansion" - Scourge of the Slavelords or Queen of the Spiders would be nice - but it would probably require a re-working of the game engine.
