Couldn't care less about it. CRPG's for me are a solitary habit. I remember those modules like it was yesterday and am definitely looking forward to this game. (Then again, I was looking forward to Pool of Radiance: ROMD and look where that got me -- groan.)

I like that the developers have a singular vision for this game. Make a great, re-playable CRPG with all the key elements: great graphics, solid storyline, 3E D&D rules, and a nice party structure.

This game sounds like it can have the depth of PS:T with the action of the BG/IWD games ... the thought of that makes me want to preorder it!

On the multiplayer thing ... I've never played online. No time, no DSL at home, and a couple other reasons (wife & baby).

As the the abbreviation ... why not just call it "G" for Greyhawk? We'll know what we are talkign about. ;)

    :good:

CRPGS were not truly meant for multiplayer, NWN's online community was fun but not as a role play enviroment (too many level 20 characters), I spent most my time online as 'Balkrag the Half Orc bard' who would delight the others with his 'singing' talents. Needless to say it wasn't the most seriously played of characters.

For a 56ker like myself, the wasted time and effort spent on multiplayer is just more memory used on my comp. I like playing online with other people, but so far I haven't been impressed by internet gaming for any game.

Point of fact Everquest was a good multiplayer CRPG, but the price to play seemed ridiculous to me, and again the 56k thing kept messing with me.

PS- cutting the first "T" and the "O" out of the abbreviation makes more sense, because generally "the" and "of" are not used in abbreviations. hence G:TEE

Multiplay and toolset are just nice extra's to me, so: No, doesn't stop me from buying.
