[IMG] Open the toolset, make a mini module with just 1 area, doesn't matter what, and a start location. Open up item wizard and make your item. Chose a base standard weapon then add as many +s and features as you like, call it what you like. Put an instance of your uber weapon on the ground near your start. Save the module, close the toolset.
Run server exe and make sure you have ILR off. Load and enter your own module, pick up your item then save your char. You are sorted!

[IMG] Well, if that's the case, then I would have to say that you hack them...

The weapons they use are basically the same ones Erran explained. Open the toolset, create a weapon and add every feature under the sun. The only real difference is that they have edited the cost values of the item such that instead of being a level 61 item, it becomes usable by level 1 characters. You need some sort of program that will allow you to edit .bic files. Beyond that, I'm not exactly sure. Why not ask someone on that russ gal server you mentioned?

A word of warning, though. Most DMs I know will ban your CD key the moment they see you with one of those weapons (since you can sneak them into servers enforcing item level restrictions because they appear as level 1 weapons). The DMs that tolerate such weapons usually do not enforce item level restrictions on their servers anyways, so all this extra work becomes moot.

Actually bad streff is a damage the game doesnt accept as legal for a weapon and doesnt understand it.Like magical, negative, positive etc. These damages are illegaly changed so instead of the weapon doing 1d6 fire damage it does one 1d6 magical or any of the above, and the game reports that damage in the weapon as bad streff. You can hack the items using a program called ITPTools.
