    I have been waiting forever for this book. And when it finally arived in hard cover, I realized it would be months before mass-market paperback. Who's with me here?

    I made a thread about it. I got the Hardcover Edition for christmas and was done it on boxing day. It was only then that I realized I would have to wait 11 months for The Two Swords to come out.

    Salvatore is a bit busy keeping authors in line with War of the Spider Queen... especially now that Athans is the latest 'writer'. I hear he's housebroken now, so thats quite an achievement.

    The Lone Drow (I've read it) will be worth the wait if you don't want to delve deep for the Hardback.

    Read it in about one week. Very nice action in with a few twists that I never saw coming. So far, this set is definately a must read. I am not sure if it is better than the Dark Elf Trilogy (I rate this one the best out of the bunch), but it may come close.

    All these titles make me feel the need to check them out.

    Some Drizzt trivia. From a recent reading of other books I found out that Guenhwyvar is actually the Welsh spelling of Guinevere, you know, King Arthur's lady. Anyway it was making me think of whether or not "Drizzt" is Drow for "Arthur"...

    I thought Drizzt had already done everything imaginable, but R.A. Salvatore keeps us guessing. I can't wait for his next book. He is among the best. When does the Lone Drow come out? My bookstore isn't carrying it yet.
