Who else here plays Utopia? I love it, so I thought I would post a little something about it and make a thread for those of us that do!

I'm a Faery Mystic, UWN Capital of Cryptic Chemicals (9:46). The reason my Province is so small is that my last one was destroyed in a war when I was in 27:45. Imagine 5 Mages, 5,000,000 Runes and 10,000 wizards total, you get the picture, especially with Meteor Shower.

NOTE: If you would like to try Utopia, go to http://games.swirve.com/utopia

I've played it. As a newbie I ruled over the crappyest kingdom in the battlegrounds. A complete failure

That's gotta be harsh for a first experience. Just read up on strategies for the current Age (Age 19: Era of Hope) and try some. I suggest the role of a Mage this late in the age, and if you want to do that try being Faery, as they get all the spells, even race exclusive ones like Greater Protection and Raise Dead.

Yes, I'm on World of Legends. I have found that at times it can be, especially if you don't go to war for two months, like we did in Age 15 (back in 27:45).

I have a friend who plays it, and according to his description, it sounds pretty interesting. But me, no, so far I haven't tried it. Anyone going to try persuading me to join? :D

Utopia is an amazing game (called a "browser" game) made by Swirve Interactive, an online company responsible for many other great games. In Utopia you create a Province, which appears in a random Kingdom, or KD. Once you have created your province, you can build up your province's buildings, armies, thief guilds, and wizard guilds, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can also go to the Forums, where you can interact with the other players in your kingdom and plan out war strategies, ask for aid, and have general discussions on kingdom affairs. War, you can wage war, and it is a vital part of Utopia. After exiting the protection stage (a stage that allows you about 3-5 days to build up your province) you can help in the many wars your kingdom will face. Send vast armies, cast devastating spells, and have your thieves carry out deadly operations in the night. You can play as the Industrious Humans, the Elegant Elves, the Proud Dwarves, the Brutal Orcs, the Mystic Faeries, the Secret Halflings, the Winged Avians and the Horrifying Undead. You can take up the personality of the Merchant, he Shepherd, the Sage, the Rogue, the Mystic, the War Hero, the Warrior, the General, and the Freak. The possibilities are limitless in the world of Utopia. With all of that, I conclude that Utopia is one of the best games on the net ever. Hop on over there at http://games.swirve.com/utopia

P.S. - You may want to register on the World of Legends, the players there are a lot less harsh and the gameplay is better there. And yes I wrote that^ ;) .

Wow, didn't expect you to try! So that's two people now whose lectured to me about the game, so I'm convinced.

Just give me another week because my last test before final exams is next week. I'll sign up then and if I need any help, I'll send you a PM.

The age restarts in 2 weeks. I'd wait till then, otherwise your province will be deleted in a week.
