New items, Powerful new items

I want item suggestions for my Magnificient Magic store.

Any "real" items are ok (no vorpal fishes).
Example: A ring -3 STR,DEX,CON 10hp/sec reg, 10 bonus to save vs death.

They are (or, at least some of them) going out on my next versions of tzshop.

A mithril chain shirt that counts as lighter armour for the purpose of theiving abilities? (If only the DM had me get a hold of all the mithril I needed grrr .)
Any magical abilities on it could be the generic +1 upwards, with 5 or bonus to AC.
A really nice short sword would be nice that you could happen to buy from a guy in Irenicus's dungeon for 2 gold Ad by really nice I mean really really nice and very very magical . Hey I just got the idea on how to make Irenicus's dungeon less of a chore and people actually want to play it

 

That chainmail is a easy one.
Ill just copy the item file from one non-WeiDU mod on the Servant of the shard website.
And my seller is just outside Irenicus dungeon.
Because i use Dungeon-Be-Gone (v.1.2)
And his items are expensive.
(Maybe ill lower them, so that you could get a chain +4 w/o thieving ability effect just for 5000 gp)

Great mod, Taza! (is this the first Finnish BG2 mod?)
Some of items, like Survivor's Ring, could be cursed, so you wouldn't be able to just equip the ring and heal yourself after battle and then unequip it and give it to next character, who is wounded.
Also, Assassin's cloak's bonus is maybe too high (Cloak of elvenkind gives +75% in hide in shadows, and you get it in Suldanesselar!)

And here are some ideas for new items:
- item that gives bonus in wisdom or intelligence
- some items from IWD (I will check them soon...)
- a monk specific item (bonus to AC or attacks)

 

Some powerful weapons of types that have been overlooked perhaps? The emphasis in tha game seems to be on longswords, two handed swords, crom feyr, celestial fury and flail of ages. A redressing of the balance would be nice .

 

Dunno how to make item cursed.
And i dont know when i check it, just got Morrowind .
But i did think getting it cursed, just the same reason.
The Assasin's cloak is fine.

It is the second finnish BG2 mod as far as i know.
My CLK20FIX was the first.

What are you using to create items? In IEEP, on the first page, there is an attributes button. Click it, then check cursed.

 

I remembered something like that.

But thx anyway.

 

The disription on Robe of Vecna mentions both a ring and an amulet being far more powerfull, how about making those. Suggestions below.

Ring of Vecna:
Casting time reduced by 3
Able to memorize 3 more spells in all spelllevels
Able to learn all spells (equivelant to 19 int)
25% MR
Sets base intelligence and wisdom to 18
---------

Amulet of Vecna:
Casting time reduced by 2
2 x duration and damage on all spells cast
+5 AC
Spell Trap (always active)
Chain Contengency (always active, recasts itself after rest if triggered)
Permanent Cloak of Fear (scares NPC's away or make party members run around in panic if save vs. spells at -2 fails)

Possible sideeffect for wearing all 3 items:
Know all spells, also the 10th level spells such as Increased Alacricity
---------

That's just my suggestions, really could use the ring and amulet of Vecna no matter the stats.

 

How about a cool ranger only longsword?
ah..you can use some good scimitars that add abilities to druids(Jaheira anyone?)
