How do I increase the number of spell slots I have for casting per level, per day?

The odd item here and there helps tbh. Though it might help if you've already completed BGI and BGII SoA before hand. Ring of wizardry and the odd neclace etc. here and there. One of the Ioan stones gives you an extra 7th level spell i think?

Failing that, you could always edit the game with ShadowKeeper to increase the spells.

However, if you edit the game each time you level up you will have to edit the game again to keep those spell slots.

Or is it that you want more than the 12 spell slots available in the spell book for each level.
    That I think is hard-coded.

You could just create a ring/amulet for yourself that gives you the extra slots - abit like Edwins.

    Increase your intelligence (Lum's Machine).

@Sparhawk: increased intelligence only increases the number of spells you can learn, plus the level of spells. Not the number of spells you can memorize, this is the same for all mages, unlike wisdom which benefits clerics much better.

Hmmm...my mistake. I was sure that intelligence could do that.

How do you create your own rings and amulets?

Use DLTCEP, which is available somewhere from TeamBG. I don't have a link on me.
